1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through Shiprocket and its network of trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days.
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas: up to 7–10 business days.
These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders. For COD orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking link with you. You can also view your order’s live status at any time from your account’s Orders page.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable. If a package is returned to us as undelivered (RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
7. Serviceable Areas
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. Serviceability is checked at checkout. If your PIN code is not currently serviceable, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
